This Sakhi about janeu. Kalyan das mehta ji call their purohit (pandit) to wear janeu to nanak ji. guru Nanak ji ask to pandit what is this janeu (a long thread of cotton go arround the body) for, what are benifit and loss of this janeu. This janeu gonna be dirty and will be broke after a long while. if you have janeu go along with whole life, not get dirty than give me otherwise i no need it.
